Regular Group Classes
My teaching style is relaxed. I encourage students to develop their own relationship with yoga rather then present them with a formula they are required to copy.

So what do you see as the function of yoga?
"To be happy. To be free from suffering. To be healthy. To be free of the idea of illness in the mind caused by our rigid attachments. This is something that comes from joy in the heart. Yoga philosophy shows that this joy lies within each of us and that Yoga can be used as a tool to allow it to manifest"

Approach
My thinking and personal philosophy are a fusion of Western and Eastern self-development approaches. I studied Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras with Acharya Hema in 2003 and completed the Integrative Yoga Therapy (IYT) teacher training in 2004.
